Workday Technical Specialist - 6 month FTC

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Own and optimise the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle in Workday.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver new Workday product launches.
  • Improve the employee experience through smarter, more intuitive Workday interactions.
  • Represent Workday across the HR systems landscape, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
  • Partner with People Engineering and business leaders to align objectives and drive value.
  • Oversee research, design, development, testing, and rollout of new Workday functionality.

 

Main Skills Needed:

 

  • 5+ years' experience implementing or managing Workday solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise configuring Workday HCM and integrating with other applications.
  • Hands-on experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Learning.
  • In-depth HR domain knowledge with the ability to turn business goals into technical solutions.
  • Confidence working in complex, fast-moving, and occasionally ambiguous environments.
