Owning an AWS serverless platform powering real-time decisions
Leading a mighty engineering team that loves to deliver together
Solving tough problems with NodeJS, Python & clean architecture
Supercharging CI/CD and automation (hello GitHub Actions + Terraform)
Innovating in geospatial, risk & high-scale cloud systems
Delivering customer-obsessed engineering that moves the needle

Drive engineering excellence, outcomes & delivery speed
Architect secure, scalable multi-region services
Mentor, empower & inspire an already awesome team
Partner tightly with Product to ship meaningful value fast
Keep us ahead of industry tech trends & performance needs
What you bring:
Proven leadership in high-performing software teams
Deep AWS experience (serverless/microservices)
Backend craft in NodeJS + Python
Quality mindset: testing, reliability, documentation
Calm under pressure. Curious by default. All-in by nature.
Bonus: InsurTech/Fintech experience
