About You
- Degree (2:1 or above) from a top 200 UK university, with strong A-level results.
- A STEM degree is highly desirable (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Data Science).
- Clear, engaging writing skills tailored to different audiences.
- Highly organised with strong project and deadline management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong collaborator across Commercial, Technical, Product, and Legal teams.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and intellectually curious.
- Must have some understanding of RFPs or tender processes.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Prior bid/proposal experience beneficial but not essential.
- Graduates with a relevant internship year are welcome.
What the Role Involves
- Supporting the full RFP and proposal lifecycle.
- Coordinating timelines, contributors, and reviews.
- Working with Product, Technical, and Legal teams to gather accurate information.
- Drafting, editing, and refining compelling AI-driven proposals.
- Maintaining consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
- Helping develop a high-quality proposal library.
- Using internal AI tools to improve process efficiency and quality.
