Location: Kidlington Contract Type: Temporary Contract Length: 6 & 12 months Hourly Rate: £14.23 per hour Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hour per week Monday to Friday
**Please note this role will be subject to Police Vetting you will need to have been residing within the UK for a minimum of 5 years**

About the Role: As an Administration Assistant in our ICT Department, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative and financial support services, all directed by the Commercial Analyst. Here's what you can expect:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the ICT Department, focusing on document control and financial administrative tasks.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled and accurately recorded.
- Manage queries from the Corporate Finance team and internal ICT staff promptly and effectively.
- Develop and draught a range of documents, including Word documents, Excel workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist with on-boarding new starters and exit management for leavers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Act as the primary contact for Corporate Finance regarding requisition and billing queries.
- Support the Commercial Analyst with internal communications and monthly KPI reporting.
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, and financial processes, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible, adaptable mindset, and a problem-solving attitude.
- A full UK driving licence, as travel to different locations may be required.
- Formal qualifications such as RSA II or NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service are desirable.
