Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
- Review and validate transactional and billing data with a high degree of accuracy
- Produce insights and reports to support internal decision-making
- Support data quality improvements across systems and processes
- Identify and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes
- Carry out structured, repetitive analytical tasks with precision and accountability
About You

Working Arrangements
- Office-based during initial probation period
- Hybrid working available thereafter (minimum two days in the office per week)
