Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
  • Review and validate transactional and billing data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Produce insights and reports to support internal decision-making
  • Support data quality improvements across systems and processes
  • Identify and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes
  • Carry out structured, repetitive analytical tasks with precision and accountability

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability

  • Previous work experience in any environment

Working Arrangements

  • Office-based during initial probation period
