Application Support Analyst - C# / SQL

Application Support Analyst - 6 months - Inside IR35 - London - Hybrid

My client a leading global bank is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support Front, Middle and Back Office applications in a production-critical environment. The role involves investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, and resolving application and data issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production applications across FO / MO / BO
• Investigate and resolve incidents using SQL and PL/SQL
• Write, maintain and simplify Oracle PL/SQL scripts
• Analyse complex queries, tables and datasets
• Support releases, deployments and production stability
• Participate in on-call / occasional weekend support

Skills & Experience

• Strong application production support experience
• C#, ASP.NET, .NET experience
• Strong Oracle, PL/SQL and SQL skills
• Experience working with complex, data heavy systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
