What You'll Be Doing

Join the Service Transformation Lab, where the mission is to elevate colleagues' engagement with technology through self-service portals, virtual agents, and AI integration. utilising ServiceNow, an industry-leading tool for automating colleagues' experiences, the Lab has already delivered significant value across over 50 business processes since its implementation in 2018, and the journey is just beginning.

As an Assistant Technology Support Manager, you will play a vital role in driving innovative solutions for colleagues interacting with IT. Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and architects across all ServiceNow modules, you will design, develop, and support solutions that enhance platform capabilities in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret user stories and support development through to implementation.
  • Implement new functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with expert user interface third parties to enhance user experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, your CV should demonstrate the following:

  • Career Background: Proven track record at a senior level in ServiceNow development within a technical organisation.
  • Agile Experience: Commercial experience in an agile engineering environment.
  • ServiceNow Knowledge: Broad understanding of ServiceNow modules and their interactivity.
  • Integration Skills: Knowledge of process and solution integration, including workflow design and Event Flow Handler.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of API, JSON, MID Servers, and other technologies that integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
