Business Analyst - DevSecOps

My client, a leading global technology company, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to spearhead scoping, requirements gathering, and planning for the establishment of sustainable DevSecOps practices. The goal? To achieve a "security by design" approach, ensuring secure software and service development with the agility the business demands.

Your role involves identifying stakeholders and their needs, collaborating to define scope, assess process impacts, and explore feasible solutions. Elicit, analyse, challenge, prioritise and document

requirements to enable development of the E2E business solution.

Required Skills:

* Proven self-starter adept at diverse analysis assignments.

* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

* Extensive expertise in problem-solving, option creation, and feasibility assessment.

* Strong relationship-building skills up to Director level.

* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

* Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.

* Understanding of software and project delivery lifecycles.

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

* Familiarity with security principles and practices.
