Location: Cambridge Daily Rate: £163.73 per day, PAYE Contract End Date: July 1, 2026

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Change Analyst to join their dynamic team for an exciting project focused on enhancing electronic patient records for mental health services. This is your chance to be at the forefront of transformation.

About the Role: As a Business Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's mental health in-patient and community services. Your insights will guide the procurement process for an EPR system that aligns with strategic objectives. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute significantly to the Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Specific:

          - Assist in analysing procurement options for a clinical system that supports strategic goals across clinical directorates and partner organisations.
      - Develop and document clinical system requirements to facilitate a successful procurement process.
        - Analyse stakeholders, facts, and data to support problem-solving and solution development.
      - Review current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Blueprint Development:

        - Create a transformational model for future business processes that enhance clinical efficiency and effectiveness.
        - Work collaboratively with business areas and representatives to resolve identified issues.

Communication and Reporting:

          - Record and report risks and issues as required.
          - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support project leads in presenting information to diverse groups, including sensitive material.
            - Engage governance boards and staff, emphasising the project's significance.
