Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding market reach. You'll be the voice of the business-building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing the full range of products and services
Book appointments and schedule presentations for external BDMs
Follow up on new enquiries and manage post-meeting actions
Track projects from initial enquiry through to completion
Maintain and update the CRM database with accuracy
Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to team targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
