Duration: 9 months temp - perm
Location: Warwick, Hybrid 1-2 days per week (may need to travel to London)
Hours: 37 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do:
As a Business Partner, you will:
- Drive Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions for our business needs.
- Gather Insights: Distill user feedback into actionable insights that drive IT investment decisions.
- Articulate Goals: Clearly communicate the strategy and goals of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Investment Planning: Maintain investment plans that align with business goals while managing product capabilities.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with senior management and stakeholders to ensure success.
- Documentation: Write and present business cases, regulatory submissions, and investment papers.
Key Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus!)
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, with knowledge of IT concepts and methodologies.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, particularly with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of Cyber Security considerations.
