Our client is searching for a dynamic Change Lead to join the Oracle System Support and Development (OSSD) team, managing improvements across Business & People System Support (BPSS). About the Role:
As the Change Lead for Oracle and other core business systems, you'll play a key role in supporting system improvements and driving change across HR and business processes. Your mission? To ensure systems are efficient, user-friendly and continuously updated. You'll be instrumental in implementing change, enhancing processes, and building strong relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the Forward Schedule of Change and planning for effective implementation of change requests.
  • Oversee the change process, ensuring compliance with security practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the management of system policies and procedures by way of review, analysis and recommendation
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate monthly management meetings and provide administrative support to the Finance and Business Systems teams.
  • Maintain the BPSS Risk Record and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Experience of supporting a technical systems
  • Collaborate with the business to identify challenges and implement system upgrades.
  • Communicate effectively about upcoming changes and enhancements.


What You Bring:

  • Relevant IT/professional services qualification, or a willingness to attain ITIL certification.
  • Excellent document writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • A proactive, mature approach to work, capable of working independently.
