Job Title: Lead Co Pilot Training Expert Location: London Contract: Until end of Financial Year Working Style: Hybrid

Are you a strategic training leader with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a strong understanding of government operations? Our client is seeking two Lead Co Pilot Training Experts to drive impactful training initiatives across Central Government teams.

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Roadmap training strategies, prepare backlogs, and manage delivery pipelines
• Customise training materials based on user insights and business analysis
• Engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across departments
• Challenge existing ways of working to implement best-in-class training approaches
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols

• Proven experience in training design and delivery at a lead level, not just product knowledge
• Strong background in government sector, with an understanding of how to navigate its structures and processes
• Capable of challenging norms and driving innovation in training delivery
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, backlog management, and strategic planning
• Familiarity with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
• Microsoft certifications are a plus; practical experience is essential
