As part of their initiative to improve procurement processes, they are seeking a skilled Communications and Stakeholder Management Lead to enhance their Central Buying project.
What You'll Do:In this pivotal role, you will:
Lead the development of a comprehensive communications and stakeholder management strategy.Manage internal and external communications, delivering timely updates and engaging content to various departments.Create external-facing communications and engagement products, collaborating closely with project teams to address inquiries and maintain project documentation.Build strong relationships with central communications, press office colleagues, and ministerial teams to facilitate effective communication.organise and facilitate engagement meetings with stakeholders and suppliers, providing senior leadership with essential briefings and advice.
Who You Are:The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in communications and engagement for large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on supplier and stakeholder collaboration.Proven ability to work with senior leadership, including C-suite and ministerial figures, delivering concise briefings under tight deadlines.A flexible, team-oriented mindset to adapt to changing project needs and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.Strong project management skills, with a commitment to driving effective communication strategies.
