Job Title: Content Designer (Contract)

Location: UK (Remote)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00

Remuneration: £44.71 Per Hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a high-performing product team on a contract basis. This role will focus on delivering clear, user-centred content across digital product experiences within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

You will be embedded within a cross-functional team, partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and data specialists to shape intuitive and impactful user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, user-focused content across digital product surfaces, including web interfaces and user notifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and deliver high-quality product experiences
  • Contribute to content standards, ensuring consistency and quality across the product ecosystem
  • Participate in design reviews, providing expert content input and recommendations
  • Maintain and evolve content documentation, guidelines, and best practices
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, quality, and efficiency

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in UX writing and content design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, engaging in-product content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience using AI tools within content workflows
  • Background in e-commerce or ads/product-driven environments
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
