Control Room Analyst Contract Limerick 6-12 Months. My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Control Room Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

As a Smart Selection Control Room Analyst you will be responsible for controlled flow of supply to meet sales forecast requirements and manages customer order backlog. In this job you will play a key role to ensuring accurate information is always provided and customer commitments are met. To achieve this, you will need to resolve problems with inventory, production schedules or material shortages and recommend procedures to avoid future problems.

Your duties will include and not limited to managing the Smart Selection customer order backlog for Europe sales region. You will be required to manage the NPI set up for new smart selection FGA offerings. You will ensure Sku availability correctly set up and switch off at product end of life.Verify lead-times to minimise manufacturing late orders. Link between Sales, Merchandising and the Replenishment Planning team. Successful candidates will have Advanced Excel skills this will include Pivot Tables, V-Look up, If,.Strong problem-solving skills - continual focus on improvement. It would also be highly desirable to have experience with Fast moving supply chain experience and Experience with Power BI & VBA an advantage.
