Are you passionate about using data to enhance customer experiences? Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Customer Insight Analyst to join their innovative Data and Insight team! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that drive service improvements and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement Surveys: Lead the creation of customer insight surveys (satisfaction, perception, and transactional) that are statistically robust and aligned with industry regulations.
  • Data Integrity Monitoring: Ensure survey performance and data quality while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
  • Feedback Analysis: Dive deep into both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to uncover sentiment, trends, and key areas for enhancement.
  • Segmentation Models: Develop detailed customer segmentation models to inform strategic service delivery.
  • Engaging Presentations: Craft compelling, data-driven presentations for senior stakeholders, turning complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate insight workshops and foster collaboration across departments to inspire customer-led innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytical skills using analytical tools.- Excellent SQL skills for managing and querying large datasets.- Familiarity with survey platforms like CX Feedback or Survey Monkey.- Experience in text analytics and sentiment analysis.

  • Personal Attributes:

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, especially with senior managers and Board members.- A curious mindset with a passion for translating data into practical service improvements.- Commitment to inclusive, customer-centric service delivery, especially for vulnerable groups.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification or relevant experience in an analytical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Social Research, or Market Research.
  • Additional qualifications in housing, customer experience, or research are desirable.
