Job Title: Data Integration Engineer

Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract with potential to extend.

Location: London (5 days in office)

Rate: £650 - £700 inside umbrella

Knowledge required:

• In-depth understanding of Data and Integration.
• In-depth understanding of PL/SQL and TSQL
• Good understanding on data quality, security, compliance requirements

Experience required:

• Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server & Oracle databases.
• Solid hands-on experience with Data Stage ETL tool.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modelling tools, creating data marts and various data integrations tools (Ex. SSIS, Data stage, Alteryx, etc.,),
• Proven experience with regulatory reporting systems within the banking sector.
• Data Modelling & Transformation
• Creation of Data Marts
• Tool & Platform Management
• Experience with cloud storage solutions.

Desirable:

• Exposure to Azure, Databricks
• Exposure to AQR Reporting for ECB
• Exposure to Middleware technologies (IIB, Kafka, Message Queue)

Skills and aptitudes required:

• Problem Solving and analytical skills, ability to analyse complex data issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people.
• Good timekeeping
• Team Collaboration
