Croydon (Hybrid working available after training)
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
£16.50 per hour
3-month contract with the possibility of extension
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to join a growing data and systems team within. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting activities, and managing pricing and operational data across business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update and validate client, product, contract, stock and operational data.
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent and compliant with agreed standards.
- Manage approved pricing updates and financially sensitive information.
- Conduct data quality checks, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Produce routine operational and management reports using Excel.
- Support reporting processes and provide analyst cover when required.
- Assist with system testing, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, information governance and internal controls.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in data administration, data quality, reporting or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Formulas and data manipulation
- Reconciliations and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Desirable Experience
- Reporting, finance administration or systems administration experience.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience.
- Health, social care or community equipment sector experience.
- Knowledge of GDPR and information governance principles.
