Job Title: Dynamics365 (D365) Developer
Day Rate: £550 per day Umbrella
Location: Newham (Hybrid Working)
We are currently recruiting for a Dyanmics365 Developer on behalf of our public sector client based in Newham. The focus of this role is designing and deploying custom solutions across D365 modules, customizing workflows and plugins, integrating with enterprise systems using Power Platform and Azure, and maintaining existing applications. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to best practices, and staying updated on Microsoft features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy custom solutions within D365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central depending on scope)
- Customise entities, workflows, plugins and business rules to support business processes
- Integrate D365 with other enterprise systems using Power Platform, Azure service sand APIS
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance existing D365 applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities
- Stay current with Microsoft updates and new features within the D365 platform
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a D365 Developer (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of D365 architecture and customisation capabilities
- D365 Customer Voice skills with experience creating interactive surveys, multi-channel distribution
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications in D365 or Power Platform are desirable
