Location: Hybrid (Up to 3 days remote per week)Contract: 6 Months Department: Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Engineering Stores Administrator to support our Engineering Stores Parts Criticality project. In this role, you will be responsible for completing spare parts criticality assessments, scanning them into our system, and attaching documentation to the relevant part records using the SAP MM02 transaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete spare parts criticality assessments with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Scan and upload documentation into the system.
  • Attach assessments to the correct part records using SAP (MM02).
  • Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Stores team to ensure data accuracy and project progress.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using SAP (preferably MM02) is desirable.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive data-focused tasks with accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
Working Arrangements

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely up to three days per week, depending on task requirements.
