Excel Administrator

Job Title: Excel Administrator Location: Southend-on-Sea Remuneration: £12.21 - £13.50 per hour Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for an Excel Administrator who can bring their spreadsheet expertise to streamline our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build user-friendly Excel templates to simplify processes.
  • Automate workflows using Excel, VBA, and advanced features like macros, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and meet their needs.
  • Enhance quoting, reporting, and dashboard processes across departments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Excel (macros, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a must!
  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Background in finance or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial.
