Front-End Developer - React, Typescript

Location: Ipswich (Onsite, 5 days per week)Contract Duration: 7 months IR35 Status: Inside IR35

About the Role

My client, a leading global tech company, is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer. This role involves rewriting existing in-house applications using TypeScript and React, ensuring they meet modern standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Review current applications and architecture
Rebuild the codebase using TypeScript and React
Document requirements in JIRA and work within Agile frameworks
Write automated tests and maintain technical documentation
Participate in sprint ceremonies, demos, and collaborative development activities

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
Solid understanding of front-end architecture and best practices
Ability to write automated tests and maintain high-quality code
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
