Your Role: As the Head of IT Development, you will spearhead the Software Development and System Testing Teams. Your mission? To lead transformative digital solutions that align with the organization's goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision and direction for software development and testing, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Establish and enforce development methodologies and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Champion modern development practices, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and develop your team, ensuring growth and succession planning.

What You'll Achieve:

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Knowledge of security and regulatory requirements in system development.
  • ITIL Version 4 Foundation Certificate.
