Job Title: Head of Integration | Financial Services & FinTech

Location: London (Options are available for other UK locations)
Length: 6 months + extensions
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office per week), via an Umbrella Company

They are currently seeking an experienced Head of Integration to lead a high-profile integration programme spanning business, product, technology, operations, risk, and control functions.

What You'll Be Doing:
In this pivotal role, the Head of Integration will spearhead integration initiatives across our client. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving Integration Activity: Coordinate delivery across business, product, technology, operations, and control functions.
• Managing Milestones and Risks: Oversee milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure smooth integration.
• Supporting Governance: Facilitate governance forums and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinating Audit and Remediation: Manage audit, remediation, and regulatory activities.
• Connecting Teams: Bring colleagues together to resolve cross-functional challenges and maintain clear plans.

What We're Looking For:
Our client seeks a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Transformation Experience: Proven track record in delivering transformation, integration, or change programmes.
• Banking & Fintech Knowledge: Understanding of the banking and fintech landscape, particularly digital products.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, steering committees, and other key stakeholders.
• Regulatory Environment Experience: Familiarity with operating in regulated environments.
• Governance & Coordination Skills: Expertise in governance, reporting, and programme coordination.
• Cross-Functional Delivery Management: Ability to manage complex delivery across multiple functions.

Bonus Skills:
It would be advantageous if candidates possess experience or knowledge in:

• Acquisition Integrations: Experience supporting or leading post-acquisition integrations within a regulated environment
• Audit & Remediation Management: Experience in managing audit, remediation, or regulatory workstreams.
• Risk Management Understanding: Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and integration topics.
