About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join their team. In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in transforming the tech landscape by replacing and upgrading devices to ensure a smooth transition to Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Replacement: Efficiently replace outdated devices with new ones, ensuring a seamless setup and configuration process.
• Device Upgrades: Upgrade existing devices to Windows 11, making sure all software and applications are fully compatible.
• Deployment: Assist in the deployment of Windows 11 across various departments, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
• User Support: Provide outstanding support to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the new system.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in replacing and upgrading devices, particularly in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and its features, including installation and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
