Location: London, Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Contract: 6 months

Daily Rate: £379 - £622 depending on experience

Department: IT Service Delivery (ITSD)

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Design & Introduction Manager to help transform how technology services are designed, introduced and embedded across the organisation.

• Lead end-to-end service design and operating models. * Own Service Design Packages and operational readiness activities. * Define support structures, ownership models, SLAs and governance controls. * Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, security and supplier teams. * Ensure smooth transition of services into BAU operations. * Drive operational resilience, regulatory alignment and continual improvement.

• Strong experience in Service Design, Service Transition or Service Introduction. * Proven ability to build service operating models from scratch. * Excellent understanding of ITIL principles. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Experience across infrastructure, applications, cloud and security environments. * ITIL v4, SIAM and ServiceNow experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of ECB and DORA
