What will you be doing?

  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our client's employees.
  • You will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues, ranging from cloud computing and email systems to networking and endpoint protection.
  • Collaborating with the IT team, you will ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Your role will also involve managing IT assets, implementing patch management, and providing support for audio-visual and video-conferencing systems.

What skills and experience are required?

  • A comprehensive understanding of a wide range of technologies is essential, including cloud computing, SaaS applications, mobile device management, and identity & access management.
  • Experience in IT service management and knowledge of IT asset management are also highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other relevant tools is a must.
  • In addition, knowledge of networking principles and hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points is highly valued.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere, storage systems, power distribution units, and building access control systems will also be advantageous.
