Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Subject Matter Expert to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support across a busy enterprise environment. Higher-education experience is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced M365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues escalated from the service desk.
Implement and maintain governance, security, and best practices across the M365 platform.
Support upgrades, integrations, and user adoption initiatives, collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles to enhance first-line resolution.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 / O365 environments.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD.
Background in 2nd/3rd line IT support within medium-to-large organisations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage incidents through to resolution.
Higher-education sector experience is a plus but not required.
