About The Role: As a Managed Print Service Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working daily with top brands like Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera.
  • Investigating and resolving equipment faults at customer premises, adhering to service guidelines.
  • Performing preventative maintenance and completing work within the designated response schedule.
  • Installing machines, including networking setups and operator training.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating closely with the Call Control Team to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in MPS field technical support or equivalent.
  • Proven competence in photocopier maintenance.
  • Completion of manufacturer training courses.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
