Hourly Rate: £20.75 p/h, Inside IR35 (paid to Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Maintain: Lead the design and upkeep of our data networks, security systems, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the technical lead on exciting new projects, collaborating closely with our Project Management Office and technical colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex network issues, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Support & Escalation: Provide second and third-line support and manage incident escalations to maintain high service levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize network management tools to analyze performance and recommend enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Educated to degree level in computing, engineering, or a technical discipline. Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification is essential.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in large network environments, with hands-on experience in products such as Extreme Networks, Checkpoint Firewalls, and Mitel systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive "can do" approach that inspires your colleagues and enhances team morale.
