Network & Telecommunications Engineer

Project: Cisco Call Manager Implementation Support Contract: 6 months Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)Location: Primarily On-Site Rate: Negotiable

Role Overview: As a key member of the networks team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cisco Call Manager project and assisting with business-as-usual (BAU) requirements, ensuring everything runs smoothly.What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to implement Cisco Call Manager solutions.
  • Provide support for Cisco Unity Connect and help configure Cisco VOIP phones.
  • Assist in the administration of the Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and ensure seamless communication.
  • Engage with staff to explain the use of phones and provide necessary training.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in administering Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Proficiency in Cisco Unity Connect (CUC).
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and deploying Cisco VOIP phones.
  • A basic understanding of Cisco LAN switch configurations (desirable)
  • CCNA certification (desirable)
  • CCNP certification (desirable)
