My Client, a leading global telecoms company is looking for an experienced Oracle DBA Specialist to support and optimise high-availability Oracle database environments. You'll play a key role in maintaining stability, performance, and security across mission-critical systems while supporting ongoing change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise Oracle Database 12c environments.
  • Perform SQL tuning, AWR/ASH analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Manage RMAN backup, recovery, patching, and upgrades.
  • Support live service incidents and deliver RCA.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Strong Oracle DBA experience in complex, mission-critical environments.
  • Expertise in SQL optimisation and performance tuning.
  • Solid Linux (Oracle Linux/RHEL) skills.
  • Proven experience with RMAN, patching, and upgrades.
  • Active SC clearance is essential.
