Our client, a leading organisation in the consumer technology sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Partner Enablement Manager to join their Global Channel Marketing Team! Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an innovative go-to-market retail channel marketing strategy for the EMEA region, in collaboration with our RL Category and Product Marketing teams.
  • Create programmes that boost awareness, trial, conversion, and retention of Meta RL users across a diverse range of products and services.
  • Lead marketing initiatives with EMEA retail partners, ensuring alignment with budgets and KPIs while continuously optimising performance.
  • Present key marketing programmes to retailer partners and internal teams, showcasing your exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Manage content and campaign activities across retailers, ensuring brand standards are met and aligning with overall Meta strategy.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities within EMEA and collaborate with geographic leaders to drive decisions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of experience in Channel Marketing or a similar field with a strong track record of success in consumer technology brands.
  • Expertise in building go-to-market strategies for both digital and physical retail channels.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with online retail partners and a solid understanding of key advertising metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
  • Strong analytical skills to manage budgets and optimise channel co-marketing efforts.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with challenger or new business technologies that have transformed consumer behaviour.
  • A creative/design background is a plus!
  • Knowledge of both digital and physical retail strategies.
