Procurement Administrator (SAP
Administrator - Must have SAP experience £28,000 Speke 2 days home / 3 day office.
A highly organised and customer-focused procurement professional with experience in SAP, data entry, and purchasing administration. Skilled in processing purchase requisitions, creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate vendor records, and producing detailed reports using SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that all purchase requisitions are approved and converted to purchase orders in an efficient and timely manner, as well as new vendor requests. The Operations Buyer are responsible for reporting and publishing all key monthly metrics and KPI's, ensuring compliance to the Procurement Policy and contributing to site saving targets by delivering individual performance targets.
In addition, the responsibilities of the role include providing administration support Working with internal customers to ensure that any purchase orders placed through the internal system are processed and approved if compliant. Expediting purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Able to develop and deliver own initiatives by working with internal customers. Own key monthly reporting: PO penetration, purchase requisition approval time, catalogue usage, vendor set ups and compliance metrics. Experience

- Proven track record in an administration role managing and inputting data.
- Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers.
- Passion for Quality and Compliance.
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Self - starter, resilient and results driven.
- Ability to move cross functionally eg Engineering, Supply Chain
