Senior Product Designer - Financial Services

London | Hybrid (2 days/week) 3-Month Contract | Inside IR35 Start ASAP

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation is looking for a Senior Product Designer to support a key initiative focused on improving subscription and product-movement experiences. You'll work hands-on across discovery, UX, UI, and research to deliver customer-centric designs that drive commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and user research around pricing, subscriptions, and freemium models.
• Create end-to-end journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
• Improve subscription flows including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and experimentation.

What you'll need

• Strong digital product design experience (e-commerce or SaaS ideal).
• End-to-end UX/UI capability, from research to delivery.
• Skilled in Figma, prototyping, and facilitation.
• Understanding of freemium models, pricing strategies, and conversion focused design.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
