Project Manager - AI and Agentic Transformation

Contract - 3 months - Inside IR35 - Manchester - Hybrid

We are recruiting a Project Manager to support an AI and agentic enabled discovery and transformation programme for a leading UK telecommunications organisation.

The role focuses on the coordination, governance and reporting of a fast paced discovery programme, identifying operational improvement opportunities using AI, GenAI and emerging agentic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Day to day coordination of programme activities
• Maintaining governance artefacts including plans RAID actions and milestones
• Supporting a two week sprint cadence and tracking progress
• Coordinating stand ups and governance forums
• Preparing status updates and stakeholder materials

Experience required

• Proven Project or Programme Management experience
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
• Agile or sprint based delivery experience
• Exposure to AI automation or agentic transformation programmes
