About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple development projects within the organization. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered successfully, aligning with both business objectives and technical requirements. This role is key to defining project scope, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Charge: Spearhead the planning and execution of IT development projects, ensuring they stay within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
• Define Success: Establish project objectives and success criteria, engaging senior stakeholders to secure alignment.
• Methodology Master: Apply structured methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2) and maintain governance through RAID logs, change control, and status reporting.
• Monitor and Manage: Use quantitative metrics to track progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Foster teamwork between business users, developers, and QA teams for seamless project execution.
• Communicate Clearly: Provide concise updates to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
