Job Title: Temporary Project Manager - AI ImplementationLocation: ManchesterContract Type: Temporary (6 months, with potential for extension)

What You'll Do:As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, creativity, and outputs across all communications capabilities. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Governance and Structure:- Deliver clear AI governance guidelines for Global Communications.- Define a stakeholder map to help build our AI roadmap.

Use Cases and prioritisation:- Drive the prioritisation of high-impact AI use cases.- Assess tailored AI tools and develop a rapid implementation plan.

Implementation:- Collaborate with IT and communications colleagues to implement agreed agents and workflows.- Use success metrics to inform and refine future use cases.

Training and Upskilling:- Lead a training programme in Q1 2026 to enhance AI fluency among colleagues.- Share knowledge and invite outside perspectives quarterly to foster insights.

Change Champions:- mobilise and lead a group of 'AI accelerators' to cultivate a culture of curiosity and collaboration.- Empower colleagues to focus on high-value activities and ensure accountability.

What You Bring:To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, ideally within large multinational organisations.Proven experience in implementing AI initiatives at an organisational level.Comfort working within a global matrix organisation.Familiarity with IT and Corporate Communications, with a knack for managing transformation and change.The ability to partner closely with leadership and communicate effectively across various teams.Good presentation skills, with the ability to unite colleagues around a common purpose.Knowledge of the agriculture and agri-tech industry is a plus but not essential.

Education:

A degree-level qualification is required.Additional project management and AI qualifications will be beneficial.
