Location: Belfast (3 days onsite per week)
Contract: Until December 2026
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We're supporting a leading technology organisation that is delivering a major end-user technology transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a business-critical initiative involving a large-scale laptop refresh programme alongside the deployment of modern secure access technologies. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale laptop refresh and deployment programme.
• Manage project activities associated with the implementation of a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communications across the programme.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committees.
• Ensure delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and quality objectives.
• Manage third-party vendors and hold delivery partners accountable for outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects.
• Strong Project Management background within complex technology environments.
• Experience managing laptop refresh, device rollout or end-user computing programmes.
• Demonstrable stakeholder and supplier management experience.
• Strong governance, RAID management and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  
  Desirable Experience
  
  
  • Delivery of SASE, Zero Trust or network security transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access or Cisco Secure Access.
  • Experience within telecommunications, public sector or other regulated environments.
