Job Title: RPA Consultant
Contract Type: 6 month contract
Inside IR35 - £550-£700 per day (umbrella rate)
Location: Hybrid working - Surrey

What You'll Do:
As an RPA Consultant, you will blend your technical expertise, analytical thinking and business acumen to design, deploy, and maintain top-notch automation solutions. Here's what you can expect:

Programming & Technical Skills:

  • Utilize your knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# to enhance bot functionality.
  • Interact with databases, extract data, and transform it using SQL queries.
  • Integrate RPA bots with various systems via APIs and automate user interfaces seamlessly.

RPA Platform Proficiency:

  • Work with major RPA tools such as Blue Prism and utilize low-code features while understanding Back End logic.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize workflows to ensure effective automation.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design decision trees and algorithms for automated workflows and troubleshoot bot errors effectively.

Business & Process Knowledge:

  • Understand Business Process Management (BPM) and apply methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Translate business needs into actionable automation logic.

Workflow & UX Design:

  • Map process flows using UML, BPMN, and decision tables.
  • Create user-friendly bot interfaces that enhance adoption across the organization.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Validate bot functionality, manage deployment, and monitor operations.
  • Adapt and update automation processes as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, C#).
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (eg, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong SQL and database integration skills.
  • Experience in workflow and UX design.
  • Solid understanding of business process analysis and BPM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience with API integration and UI automation.
  • Experience in testing, deployment, and bot maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Relevant certifications that validate your expertise.
