What You'll Do:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needsDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various channels, including social media and job boardsConduct engaging interviews to assess candidate fit and potentialMaintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment processTrack and report on recruitment metrics to drive improvement

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast pace high street recruitment agencyStrong communication skills, and a strong team playerAbility to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers alikeProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing toolsA proactive approach with a knack for problem-solving
