Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Sales Operations tools, focusing on (url removed).
  • Leverage AI to automate routine sales operations tasks, boosting efficiency.
  • Manage and support user groups, including super users, to promote effective tool use.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations that drive business growth.
  • Develop training sessions for various user groups and nurture super users.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, especially (url removed), including administration and customisation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
  • Proven track record in supporting, maintaining, and optimising sales operations tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Salesforce, data analytics) are a plus.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
