Location: Hybrid work in Leicester Office

Duration: Initial 6 months with potential to extend

Daily Rate: Circa £550 per day via Umbrella.

We're looking for a talented Senior Business Analysts to join our team on a transformative journey. This hybrid role is based in Leicester, offering flexibility to work from the office and remotely, ensuring we meet our business needs while you enjoy a work-life balance!

What You'll Do: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enterprise-wide transformation programmes. Your expertise will guide us in orchestrating stakeholders through well-defined processes, creating essential products and artefacts for our development teams. You'll be at the forefront of our Falcon Programme, focusing on the SAP migration from legacy systems to Ignition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage workstreams within the transformation programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing and influencing competing priorities.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders to define requirements effectively.
  • Develop clear and engaging communication strategies, breaking down complex concepts into plain English.
  • Contribute to change management processes and techniques to drive successful outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • A Senior Business Analyst with substantial experience in enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Possessing strong analytical skills with a knack for managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ideally, you have a background in the energy sector, but we're open to strong candidates with exceptional soft skills.
  • Knowledgeable in commercial/sales processes and proficient in business analysis and process design.
  • A leader with a proactive mindset, ready to grab workstreams by the 'scruff of the neck' and drive results.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an appreciation for change management processes are desirable.
