Senior Pricing Analyst
Location: UK based - Flexible on working arrangement (Can be remote or office based)
Remuneration: Up to £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Step into a key role within a fast-moving Home Insurance pricing team, where you'll help shape pricing strategy, drive growth, and support long-term profitability. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys analytical challenges, ownership of projects, and meaningful influence on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine robust datasets for pricing and modelling purposes.
- Develop, validate, and sign off predictive models.
- Carry out detailed pricing analysis and deliver clear strategic recommendations.
- Lead rate changes and ensure timely, accurate release of pricing updates.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate pricing decisions across stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the price control cycle.
- Review competitor activity to help strengthen market position.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in general insurance pricing or similar analytical roles.
- Strong data manipulation abilities with tools such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Understanding of predictive modelling approaches (e.g., logistic regression, GBMs).
