What you'll do: As a Senior User Researcher, your insights will drive service improvements. You will:

• Plan and lead user research activities to enhance core security functions.
• Identify stakeholders and moderate engaging research sessions.
• analyse data to uncover actionable insights on user behaviour.
• Communicate findings to shape a user-centric approach across teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve privileged access management (PAM).
• Contribute to the user research community through meetups and blog posts.
