What You'll Do:
As a Service Desk Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our service desk runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Service Requests: Oversee incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-line support for technical issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Communication: Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and foster a collaborative environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions to enhance our service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing service desk processes and procedures.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Previous experience in a service desk or Sales Admin is desirable
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using IT service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
