ServiceNow Specialist (ITSM)

London or Manchester (Hybrid) 12-Month Contract Inside IR35 Active SC Clearance Required

My client, a global technology organisation delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking for a hands on ServiceNow Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
  • Configure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
  • Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions

Essential Skills

  • Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
  • Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Desirable

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
  • Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modules
  • Experience with eBonding / Service Exchange
