Talent Acquisition Partner required to work for my client based in Shepherd['s Bush.

Contract Details: Temporary (3 months) possibly longer

Salary: £24.61 per hour

Responsibilities:

Own full lifecycle recruitment for high-quality talent in Global Technology, Digital, and E-CommerceCreate a "best in class" candidate experienceConduct robust interviews and develop sourcing strategiesBuild and maintain talent pipelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Significant recruitment experience in Global Technology/Digital/E-commerceFamiliarity with Workday is highly desirableStrong project management skills and a proactive attitudeExcellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience with behavioural psychometric toolsProven ability to coach hiring managersUnderstanding of employment and recruitment legislation

Technologies:

Workday (highly desirable)behavioural assessment tools
