We believe that effective communication is key to our success. As a Technical Author, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our products and our users, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and utilise our cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

*Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software and hardware products.
*Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights.
*Create a variety of content types, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and online help.
*Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
*Ensure all content adheres to our style guide and quality standards.

Skills

* Proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly.
* Experience with CATIA or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
